Famous restaurant at or near top of skyscraper? Hi everyone. We are going to NYC to catch The Phantom of the Opera in Broadway. My wife has already been to NYC, and I've already seen the Phantom touring in South Florida, but I haven't been to NYC and she hasn't seen the Phantom. Anyways, I have seen many times in movies and social media this restaurant that has a great view of the NYC skyline. We very much enjoy fine dining and would love to make a reservation for when we are in town. But I have no idea if the restaurant from the movies is a real place or if i'm even thinking of an actual thing. Can anyone help with this? If there isn't "one" restaurant, what can you recommend that will take reservations and has a good view of the skyline? Thank you!
EDIT: Thank you everyone for the many suggestions. I'll do my research this week based on the suggestions and make a reservation.

Romantic restaurant recommendations for SO's 20th birthday I'm going to New York with my so in a month and I am looking for recommendations for a romantic dinner I could surprise her with on her 20th birthday.
We're not fussy eaters so any cuisine is fine. I was hoping to find somewhere with a good view while eating.
My budget is between $100 - $150 for the both of us.

If you want a good view check out [Gaonnuri](http://gaonnurinyc.com/) and reserve a table near the windows. It's a nice Korean restaurant on the 39 th floor of the building with large windows looking out. If you do end up here I highly recommend getting the deconstructed "snickers bar" dessert, it's sooo good.
