Dr. Perez attended the University of Louisville for undergraduate work 1980 to 1984. He then graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1988 with DMD, Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He is a member of the Louisville Dental Society, Kentucky Dental Association and The American Dental Association.
Dr. Perez has been practicing for 30 years and is consistently working to take advantage of the newest and most effective technologies in the field of dentistry. We offer state of the art dentistry in a comfortable and calm atmosphere.
Dr. Perez is bilingual in English and Spanish.

The dentist at immediate care in shively put a bridge in and glued it to the bad tooth. i had one tooth to be pulled and wanted one put in but no bridge. They did it anyway and pulled 2 more teeth that didnt need pulled. It cost 4,1600 dollors. it really makes me mad.
