If you're thinking city, you are aware there's a little place called Chinatown, right? However, avoid the Dixon St touristy spots. What kind of Chinese do you want? I like "Zilver" on Pitt St and you can't go wrong with [Din Tai Fung](http://www.dintaifungaustralia.com.au/) for their Shanghai style dumplings. Ashfield has great choices too. Really check out urban spoon, eatability, etc, as your question is pretty broad and you can use the filters and search engines there for better ideas.
Facebook friends... I need restaurant suggestions for Sydney. Including some good breakfast places. we're staying in the CBD near Central Station. Who can help out??
