Looking for a real New York Italian restaurant I've lived here since 1991. I used to know a few places, but they've either gone out of business or the owner retired and the new management doesn't know how to cook. I have a great NY pizzeria, deli, and bakery. I am looking for real pasta. Also, I'd like to know where I can find pasticciotto, which is my favorite pastry of all time.
I really want to feel like I am on Mulberry St. If you don't know what that is, then you probably shouldn't reply.
