About us
I specialise in the making of bridesmaids, flower girl dresses along with converting a zipped dress into a corset back(adult/children) /eveningwear/Prom/Mother of the Bride’s outfits and occasional dress wear. Tailored to your own specification.
I undertake alterations on wedding dresses waist/bust, seams bodice/full length, zip replacements(including jeans), shortening of hems . dresses and trouses repairs. Where possible, adding straps, lace, appliques, beads etc.
Curtain alterations, making roman blinds tie backs, cushion covers.
Quotes for work carried out on Bridal gowns will be provided following a meeting, discussion and fitting. The complexity of the gown will be taken into consideration at the same time.
I realised that people no longer have the time or skills to tackle even the simplest of hems let alone risking damage to a favourite or expensive garment. So I have started my business to take on such alterations and more.
I now make roman blinds, tie backs, altering/making of curtains along with cushion cover, either in your own fabric as well as supplied fabric.
Alterations and repairs are possible on most clothing and can be an inexpensive way of getting those favoured items back into action
I cover Basingstoke and surrounding areas including Farnborough/Camberley.
I also take and have taken postal alterations.
