  Hi All, I need advise. My parents came to Uk for few months and while going back to India their flight (Air India) has been canceled due to technical reason from Birmingham for a day. Does anyone know if they are eligible to get any compensation from Air India (as they have provided Hotel stay and food coupons). If yes, what is the procedure? Thank you.
