I'm working to get my condo ready to go on the market and am in need of recommendations for someone who might be able to provide both a property inspection and an appraisal in current condition. I'm planning to do some cosmetic renovations to prepare it for sale and before I start on those, I'd like to be aware of any issues/necessary repairs but I'd also like an idea of what it might be worth as-is.   Scott Phillips is awesome to work with, very professional and thorough! He did two condo inspections for me which helped me determine which one to buy. He provides a nice write up with digital photos and recommendations for repairs etc. http://ppiinspect.com/

  Scott Lawton Phillips of Phillips Property Inspections. He'll give you a .pdf of photos and a complete write-up. He inspected my house when it was new and found issues the builders over-looked (sealing up holes, missing trim, etc.) I highly recommend him, he's very thorough and just a really nice guy.
