  I'm in desperate need of a good color. I need someone who can do highlights and lowlights and who will put color on every stand of hair on my head. Most people I've been to here, want to put foil on part of my hair and then toner on the rest when they wash it. Please give suggestions of someone who is good at coloring long hair and blending light and dark color. Thank you! Also if you know someone who will work late during the week, that'd be even better.
