I know I can google and read articles/blogs with “Top 10” lists and whatnot, but many times those miss less well know gems. Anybody have any favorites? We don’t have a particular cuisine in mind. But we would like to try places that have either food or an experience we can only find in Oakland. Or something that is just to die for and I should not leave the city without trying it.   I would say check out Duchess. Their food is amazing, and you will probably not find a better cocktail in Oakland IMO. duchessoakland.com
