We also assist in the purchasing and installation of appliances, fixtures and furniture upon completion. Our services include monthly property maintenance and management to ensure the security of your asset and to enable the necessary peace of mind of when owning a property. Buying New Construction Property: Targeting the appropriate property for the clients needs and budget, negotiating the best price and payment terms, coordination of contract with an attorney, coordination of custom choices, upgrades and design changes of layout, kitchen, floors and bathrooms, on-site inspections during phases of construction, timely communication regarding progress of work, inspection and report before final payment and assistance in utilities hookup.
