  My home on No Name Key took a major hit during Irma. A tornado ripped off a 15 foot long by 10 inch wide by 6 inch thick beam and sent it crashing through my roof. I've got it being cleaned up, but I need some contractors in the worst way. I need a framing contractor to put the rafters back in the dormer where they got knocked out. I need someone who can install tongue-in-groove fir where my lovely ceiling was destroyed. I need someone to replace the AC duct and the insulation above that fir ceiling. And I need a new standing seam metal roof. I have had all the sheet rock and insulation ripped out, but I need someone to put it back in. This includes walls and ceilings in four rooms. I need someone to replace the siding on my house. The cedar is now 30 years old, and I would like to replace it with something more hurricane resistant. It was siding coming off that allowed water to come in (along with the hole in the roof). I need my the screens on my screen porch replaced, and I need the railings replaced on my walk-around porch. I want all of this done to code, with necessary permits. I am self-insured, which means you don't have to deal with a lot of paperwork.   Make sure you use a licensed FLORIDA contractor. It is a felony if you are not Lic. I would recommend Perfection roofing 305-233-1316 they are lic and insured great references. They just did repairs on Best Western, Key West by the Sea condo assoc.
