Barbara K. wrote: Had culvert walls in swale constructed on sides of driveway. Cut blocks to save on supplies. Two months later noticed walls were not level. Had another contractor look at job and told wrong base was used for that area. He never installed swale covers as this was part of the job he was paid for. Asked Vincent to come back many times but he would never show even while doing other jobs in our neighborhood If I could he'd get zero stars from me. He is NOT truthful and his work may be more affordable but you get what you pay for. Beware.Was this review helpful to you? -
