USDA Prime Beef, Premium Gulf Seafood, and Oysters imported daily from Cedar Key to the icy waters of Canada, Executive Chef Ed Lyons brings the White House to you with the same unique creations he served to the Commander in Chief in his time as the White House Chef. We bring the freshest ingredients, the finest quality, and with live music on select nights and Happy Hour specials fit for any taste, the Blues is truly the most unique experience experience that can be found in our town. When other steakhouses compete to be a once and a lifetime experience, the Blues is an experience that you can have every day.
