About us
Blue Moon Bakery specializes in whole grain gluten free baking. We use fresh natural ingredients; using ingredients from the Northwest as much as possible including berries, flour, eggs and dairy products. Our signature treats include Breakfast Cookies, Jammers and Tasty Bites Cookies. We bake scones, muffins, buckles, brownies and other sweet treats.
You can find Blue Moon baked goods at New Seasons Market, Coffee Rush, Insomnia Coffee, Java House, Chuck's Produce, Red Square, Know Thy Food and many more local coffee shops in the Portland Metro Area. During the summer months visit Hillsboro Farmers Market on Saturdays downtown and find us there.
