Positive Reinforcement - Clicker Training & Behaviour 1-2-1 sessions in the home - Trick Classes - Advanced Classes - Outside Training in Milton Keynes.
All of my training involves positive reward based methods/clicker training. There is no pushing, pulling, shouting or choke chains of any kind.
I am firm believer in the calm approach to dog training, you get out what you put in, so be prepared to work hard with your dog!
I am experienced with lots of breeds and cross-breeds as I have spent a lot of time working in rescue kennels in Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire to help the dogs who have a wide range of issues such as aggression, hyperactivity, boredom and anxiety.
I have also fostered for different rescues and have re-homed dogs myself who did have quite severe behavioural problems.

My dog was intially crate trained and slept there at night in the kitchen but at 6months old he began howling in the night, I ended up caving in one night through sheer exhaustion and worry that he was also keeping my elderly neighbour up (house was semi-detached) and he has been sleeping on my bed ever since. Last week I moved into my new house which is detached and thought it would be the perfect opportunity to re-establish his sleeping area in the kitchen. He hasn't even seen the upstairs of the new house to know that my bed is up there. Night 3 and he howls constantly for over an hour every 2 hours. Am I right to stick with it as he will soon learn that that's where he sleeps and I won't be coming down until the morning or am I making him worse (I think it's separation anxiety) by leaving him to cry/wimper/bark/howl?
