  Looking for quotes for garage conversion. We are purchasing a property and should complete the sale by end of Feb 2018 and we would like the work started and completed during March 2018. I would like some quotes for a semi integral garage conversion. 1 existing external side wall, 1 front external wall with side hung wooden garage doors, existing pitch roof and existing entrance door from house. We would need a double glazed escape window fitted, possibly some work to the floor depending on where dpc is (it’s a step down to the garage), probably insulation board fitted to internal walls and preferably plastering/finishing to all internal walls/floors/ceiling.
