I'd like to shoot in a grungy semi enclosed (at least covered in case of rain) area with a model. That looked like a place to go, but I'm not familiar with the area. Can anyone elaborate or post some pics for examples of the location?

  If you look at a map of the park, you will see a place where the road goes in a perfect circle. The tower is in the middle of the circle. It is open to the public. You step through one of two doors and immediately go up about 100 steps to the top. I h aven't been there in a while but as I remember it the top is one big round room with a bunch of large windows covered with some sort of a grid to make sure you can't take any good pictures of the views wink emoticon . The center of the room is fenced off as it contains what I assume is the the top of the water tank. I don't know exactly when the tower is open, but I would expect it to be open from dawn to dusk. The Seattle Parks and Recreation Information [(206) 684-4075] might tell you the exact hours. You should check out the place before the shoot as you might find the light challenging.
