Welcome to Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital, serving the pet care needs of Tacoma, Washington and surrounding areas. Our hospital was founded on the principle of providing the highest quality medical and surgical care to pets in our neighborhood and offering the best client care in the region. We strive to fulfill the veterinary expectations of pet owners who consider their pets valued family members.
In addition to providing superior veterinary medical, surgical services and cat boarding, we are committed to contributing to Tacoma's growth and redevelopment efforts as the city progresses toward becoming a major urban center within the Puget Sound region. Local artists' work is featured in our facility, and we invite you to stop in to peruse the rotating collection. In addition, watch for us at various community events that honor pets.

At the rescue shelter I was told that a lot of veterinarians will do a free first visit for pets adopted from a rescue shelter. Does anyone know any good vets in Tacoma that honor this? I don't know how to post a picture, otherwise I'd post 1 of my little 3 legged guy.
