About us
For each of us there are foods that conjure up memories of mothers, taste that takes us back to our childhood. Recipes based on the most interesting and traditional uses of fresh local produce and recipes handed down from generation to generation, often unwritten.
For over a quarter of a century, Chef-Owner, Antonios K. Boulos, Certified Executive Chef and member of the American Academy of Chefs, the High Honor Society of the American Culinary Federation has worked on developing his own unique cuisine. He has presided over the kitchens of some of the finest hotels, and restaurants, locally and around the country. Chef Tony may cater your wedding, your corporate function, your son’s christening or your daughter’s graduation. He has been making occasions in the area memorable for the past 38 years.
When not in the kitchen, Chef Tony spends his spare time giving back to the community. He donates to the food bank, March of Dimes, hosts fundraisers and even teaches cooking classes at Easton Area High School’ Learning of Life.
