  OK, well, I'm not sure what scale of projects these guys do (that is, whether they just do major rewiring or whether they do smaller jobs too), but I used Mirsky Electric and was pleased with everything: http://mirskyelectric.com/. I'm currently working with Kemly Electric on installing a heater in the basement (Mirsky doesn't do that), so I'll let you know how they do, too. http://www.kemlyelectric.com/
