  I've gone through all this too, and let me give you two valuable resources: The Leukemia Society of Gulf Coast Texas - they can help you will all kinds of things, including rides to and from your chemo: https://www.lls.org/texas-gulf-coast And, if you go to the Dept. of Volunteer Services at MD Anderson, in addition to wigs, they offer haircuts, shampoos, shaves, hats and scarves. They will be happy to hook you up. They are located in the Main Building, basement level, below the chapel (RB.2800). About donating your hair: My daughter tried to donate her long hair, and found out that it can't have any kind of color or treatment in it, or they can't use it. Ended up just keeping her ponytail as a memento. She attached hers to the back of a ballcap and loved it.
