  Personally Splash of color (just off MSU campus) is a bit out of my price range. I have had issues with a shop on the north side of town with the artist not being professional but that was YEARS ago. I have heard good things about lost tiger but I have never been there. I would make the trip to the south side to [Gallery Fine Art & Tattoo Studio](http://gallerycrew.com/) all the guys are cool there.
