  Anyone know of ANY licensed and insured contractors? Home has excessive damaged and Kitchen as well due to pipes bursting in Main wall. I need someone that actually wants to get out from behind their desk and put a bid in for my home damage.... I also need someone that will put the bid in writing and NOT wait 4 weeks for the BID. I have tried just about everyone in Brevard county ... I have only gotten 1 bid to date and that is from a Company from Orlando. That bid is 88,000.00 and it does not include my roof drywall any new wood for walls nor my kitchen. I have extensive damage. I have wated up to 2 months just for a appt to get NO bid. Look I understand everyone's busy , my point is I just want to get in line. Can't seem to do that if I can't even get bids on paper. Feeling super frustraed.... I have been told buy a few contractors( big contractors) in the area that there is two many multi-million-dollar projects going on for them to be worried about my $130,000 worth of damage. My home could be condemned. 20 years of paying on a MTG for this to happen. Sad to say the least.
