  Yes, government website has all the info here: https://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/025.nsf/eng/h_00006.html Also, I know the Chilliwack group of Ham radio operators offer a course as well. It's a day or two, whereas Ron's course was 4 full-day Saturdays.
