  Hello my 5 year old son needs 2 root canals and an extraction he needs to be put under to have all this work done him being awake is not an option due to him being tramatized!! he get gateway insurance his dentist is trying to tell me out of this whole state there's only 1 place in philadelphia that will do it that his insurance covers please does anyone that has gateway can refer me to a surgeon that can do my sons work and also a good childrens dentist
