  Good morning everyone. I am looking to purchase my first roaster. Currently I have been roasting coffee in a stove top popcorn maker and I'm ready for the next step. My wife and I would eventually like to open our own coffee shop where I/we roast our own coffee, but we are not ready for that size coffee roaster. Do you have any suggestions on a good first roaster, preferably under $500, but there is some wiggle room if it would be worth the extra $$$. Are there any good computer programs that work on iOS that anyone would recommend? Are there any coffee conventions near or in Las Vegas that anyone has been to? Thank you, Nick
