  Just had [Melchers Construction ](https://www.melchersconstruction.com)finish a total floor reno for me (wall down, kitchen moved, window raised, powder room added) and they were great. Everything on time (until my countertop was on backorder with the distributor) and super easy to work with. Just a heads up that the timing may not be up to you. When I was researching and meeting with contractors, they told me when they were available.
