  Can anyone recommend me a realtor? I'm moving to KC soon and I got some last minute time off from work next weekend to visit the city. I'm hoping to find a realtor that would be up for taking me around to a few parts of the city/suburbs and get a feel for the area. I plan on purchasing a home in may/June. Looking for someone that is hopefully very knowledgeable about the area (my last realtor experience showed me this isn't as much a given as I expected). Bonus points if they don't play around with bogus fees like the $400 document processing fee.
