Fries: Our fries are hand cut, in-house daily, with the potato skin on. The potatoes are then fried twice, Belgian style, in 0 trans fat and non hydrogenated vegetable oil, which is also low in saturated fat and cholesterol free.
Cheese: Our cheese curds arrive fresh from Maple Dale Farms, delivered every other day (which maintains their squeakiness).
Traditional Gravy: We make our traditional gravy in-house, everyday, by roasting bones and fresh vegetables, letting them simmer for at least 8 hours, thickening and then seasoning to perfection.
Vegetarian Gravy: We make our vegetarian gravy in-house, everyday, by roasting a variety of fresh vegetables and letting them simmer until ready. Then the gravy is thickened and seasoned to perfection.
Vegan/Gluten-Free: We add a helping of Daiya vegan cheese, the most delicious vegan cheese on the market. It melts, tastes amazing and doesn't contain dairy, soy, gluten or any nut product. It is smothered with gravy that is homemade with our vegetarian stock and thickened with cornstarch and nutritional yeast flakes.
Dipping Sauces: Made in-house with real mayonnaise.
My family friend just came to Canada from Australia. I want to take her for amazing poutine but she is lactose intolerant any suggestions. BONUS POINTS for any other awesome places that I should take her to.

Hey Torontonian Redditors, can anyone recommend a good vegetarian restaurant?

I'm not from Toronto, but I did visit this winter. If you have never had poutine, definitely check out Poutini's House of Poutine. Absolutely delicious. http://www.poutini.com/
