Looking for reasonably priced wooden fence installation for 1/8 acre of yard. (Lawrenceville) I am looking for a someone (preferably a carpenter) to install a wooden fence around my back yard. I own a little dog and would love to give him this freedom. Depending on the estimate, I would also like to consider mm replace the railing & 4 posts on my front porch (~40 linear feet). And lastly, I would also like to consider building a small storage shack for lawn equipment. Some background info, I am not particularly skilled in carpentry, but I would attempt to do some work myself if it were physically possible. I don't have the recently underwent back surgery and have been experiencing bad chronic pain. This has limited both my physical capabilities and taken a toll on my finances. Any rough estimates and/or advice is greatly appreciated.

We had a whole bunch of issues over the summer and early fall which necessitated a waterproofing expert and a contractor. They were both fantastic to work with (Northern VA/Fairfax County area). They also had worked together often, so if these are the types of things you need, I'd recommend them. For other things like gutters, homeadvisor.com (formerly servicemagic.com ) lets you put out info and you get quick turn arounds on responses. Sometimes within minutes. We have had good luck there. Yes! I had great success with All Year Appliance Repair. Extremely professional, insanely quick to address my washing machine problem, and about 1/2 the cost of Sears. I found them (him?) through servicemagic.com, where he/they have a 5-star customer satisfaction rating. I even kept the magnet, so I have the contact info! But I'm not home... Can get it later or maybe a service magic or google search will work.
