However, I purchased a home in Coppell that my daughter lives in and because it is considered rental property, they won't write an earthquake policy for that house. Does anyone know where you can purchase quake insurance for rental property?

  Freedom Insurance Group, you'll get quotes from about 15 A rated insurance carriers. I am the owner so we are locally owned and grown (Coppell High Grad). With others you'll either get a kid that needs to meet a quota in a call center or just a quote from one carrier with watered down coverage.
