We are looking for a reputable general contractor willing and able to build a modest 1500 +/- sq ft 3/2 home outside of Three Forks. There is potential for another 5 homes to be built if this goes well. We need the builder to have a solid LOCAL reputation, insurance, and verifiable references to start.
