  Let’s face it the job of a plumber is not what a lot of people would want to do . Dirty broken pipes in bathrooms doesn’t sound like how I would wanna spend my day . That being said my husband and I were out of town couldn’t get back to GP ,our young daughter was home , when our basement flooded ! We called the insurance company ,clean up people and Mark Allan ! Not only did Mark and Matt come as quick as possible but they made sure our daughter had a good fire ,even to the extent of cutting up some wood and starting it for her ( to help dry out things ), checked back with her , and kept us constantly informed of everything ! These are the type of men that make a horrible situation bearable , and took some of our and our daughters stress away .I would hire these guys in a heart beat again ! Thank you Mark and Matt for everything you both did and do ! Anyone who needs a plumber who is reliable, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to not only get the job done but to make sure that your family has what they need to get through a stressful time than this is the company for you !   Looking for suggestions for whole home water treatment in the Saskatoon Mnt area. SilverTip plumbing removed our green sand filter in May and replaced it with a $2400 chemical free iron filter they sold us saying it would fix the issues; but H2S and sulfuric smell passes through this filter. Unfortunately, the green sand filter that they took and threw away used to take care of this smell and gas. SilverTip plumbing actually charged me to come and take a look at their installed system and quote me an additional $5200 for more components....then charged me $230 for the visit!!! I cannot trust this company to continue adding to our water system and looking for a trustworthy professional to suggest a proper solution.

  Thanks for the recommendation, Shawn! I offer sump inspections to verify the condition of the pump, including an amp draw test on the motor and a cleaning of the sump basin. I almost always have a pump in stock in case of emergencies. I have solutions many other plumbing problems as well. 780 882 4286
