  hey all thanks for the add. talk to me about the condition of things in the USVI. there's a boat down there I'm very serious about buying trying to figure out where can haul the boat for a survey, I need to find a surveyor and I need to find a naval architect who can conduct a simplified stability test since I'm seeking a coast guard COI for this boat. any suggestions on any of that? I'm pretty out if the loop, it's been 2 years since I was in the USVI.
