She has answered all the questions, (regardless of how silly) she has helped us find the most cost effective way of planning our stay, she found us the best hotel that suits our family's needs and has contacted the airline and hotel regarding certain special needs and requirements. I doubt we will ever use anyone else's services when booking a vacation. She has made it so stress free and has been so helpful I really can't say enough.
