Suppliers for a smaller restaurant?
Small restaurant owners/chefs with 40-50 seats or less, what suppliers do you use for produce, fish, meat, dry goods?
I am considering Terra, Mr. Produce, Daily, Woodwards, Worlds, La Ferme, Eccolo, Mosto, etc.
Would love to hear your thoughts/experience on these suppliers and see if anyone has any other suggestions.
