But, proving all shitty experiences can lead to something great, I just used Dea Laundry. It's run by a guy named Shai, who was so courteous and professional- while on vacation, he still messaged and called during both pickup and delivery to make sure it was all good. Laundry was collected yesterday and returned tonight. Clothes were all folded in pure OCD style, work shirts are perfectly pressed, and all socks and undies are sorted and packaged in separate bags. Best of all, the detergent they use smells freaking divine! I realize I've never been so inspired to strip (my bed) and change my sheets like this before. Such joy!
