He doesn't have a lot of money. The other reason that I need some one soonest is that my daughter lives in the main part of the house and is expecting her first child any day now. I can't help back to work. It would also be great if the person or person has some carpentry/plumbing skills. I know thats a lot to ask but I need to try.

  Those agencies take time. Need to do an application and I'm sure there are many in waiting. Fresh Start cleaning does this work. 416 504 4262. Hope this helps.
