  Dr. Harry J. Richter, DDS 1810 Southwest Blvd (573) 634-3413 When everyone else wanted to send me to a surgeon to have a tooth removed, he took care of me in his office; saved me lots of dollars. Has been taking care of my Uncle (Lee Thompson) and family for many years.
