easyCar Club is a peer-to-peer service where car Owners can make money by renting out their cars, and Renters can save money through cheaper, more convenient, local car hire.
We’ve recognised that more people now enjoy the flexibility of sharing or renting rather than being shackled down by ownership. Additionally, with the cost of motoring spiralling, household incomes being squeezed, and traffic congestion and parking restrictions rising, it isn’t easy being a motorist in Britain today. The easyCar Club can offer a solution; as well reducing the number of cars on the road through collaborative consumption, we give Owners the opportunity to offset the rising cost of vehicle ownership.
Our Owners retain control of their cars but have peace-of-mind because we take care of all the hard work. We ensure that all Renters are vetted, take care of payments, make the bookings, and make sure that all cars are insured and have Admiral roadside assistance and recovery cover. And because our Owners have low overheads they can pass those savings on to Renters, meaning rentals through the easyCar Club are significantly cheaper than through a traditional car hire company.
