Josh has done several projects for me, including installing a hybrid water heater and the attention to detail second to none. The efficiency and service is a huge reason I continue to use them. They stand behind their product and service which is hard to find these days. They usually come out immediately when needed and if they think it can wait, explain why which I highly appreciate. Communication is critical with me, and you can't get any better with them. So look no further for the best plumber here in Lakeland and surrounding areas!!

  Wayne M. wrote: They ripped me off! I returned the product they sold me, replaced it with a better one. They refuse to even talk to me about a refund. Gave me the run around. I checked richard c fox out at the court house - lots of liens and judgments. (Check for yourself) I wouldn't let these crooks in my house again - ever!
