  Trista B. wrote: Negotiated amount for fence prep and painting May 17, 2023. DMS did come to powerwash in early June, but completed in the dark and I had to retrieve several pieces of trim from other yards. Requested 50% deposit in cash. Texted they were coming several times in June but did not show and did not follow up. In July DMS stopped responding to phone calls, emails, text, or messaging. Have requested my deposit back for a month- no response from business.

  Hey everyone! So, just moved into our house 2 mos ago and noticed tile that was squishy... LONG story short, there was some SERIOUS damage (well before we moved in) from termites. That issue was dealt with (we have the inspection/warranty) but... we're now looking at needing to rip up all of the subflooring in the entry way along with having joists looked at. So, reasonable/reputable carpenters? TIA!
