  Hi everyone. I'm coming up to Rockland for a week to look at apartments as I'm planning to move to the area soon. Please give me your recommendations for favorite spots (restaurants, coffee shops, hiking spots, whatever) in the entire Midcoast area. I'm looking to really get a feel for the area before making my decision to move or not. I've been up a few times but have mainly stayed in Camden.   Coffee Shop/Awesome food/Great place to hang out: Rock City Cafe (Rockland)and 3 Dogs Cafe (Rockport/Camden line) Great Thai food: Roselyn's (Rockland) Also great Thai food, but a little further away: Long Grain (Camden) The best breakfast joints around: Home Kitchen Cafe and Brass Compass (Rockland) The best meal you might possibly ever have: Cafe Miranda (Rockland) Homemade Ice Cream (seasonal): Dormans (Thomaston)
