  We were corresponding with the MGM about having our reception in the Sky Line Terrace. They sent us the options for catering and bar package and barman. So we went ahead and booked the suite for 2 nights. Then when we got back in touch to arrange bar package and a barman the reply from room reservations was RECEPTIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SUITE. Yes they replied in bold to emphasis the point. We are now really confused about what to do as all the previous correspondence had said we were allowed to have reception in the suite. Anyone get any advice/ experience with this? Thanks

I was hoping for Margaritaville but they need us to make a $500 deposit and guarantee $45++ per person. But they won't guarantee where we will be seated. There are 40 of us.
