Farming alpacas under the stud name Manor House Alpacas since 2004, we started hand-weaving three years ago as The Alpaca Loom. Today, the alpaca herd has grown substantially. The fiber is sent for spinning and is then either hand-woven or woven on a mechanical loom in small runs on the actual farm. The Alpaca Loom produces a variety of woven scarves, shawls, blankets and rugs using the beautiful range of colours that our alpacas produce.
We are proud to announce that The Alpaca Loom Coffee Shop & Weaving Studio has finally been opened!
