  We have been using Universal Appliance out of Laurel for a long time due to washers that just never work. Also had dryer repaired after having for 13 years. Was just a timer. There is an older technician that I always request-name escaping at the mome nt. He is awesome; knows his stuff & only fixes what is wrong---so trust worthy. If you tell them I referred you & you would like the tech we always want, they will tell you his name. Their # is (301) 317-5507. Good luck.
