  Anyone that knows about heating please read.. Okay so my heat is messed up in my house and my landlord is complaining that we complain to much and we dont and ive done told her I think its the thermostat itself but she wont listen. She hired one guy that she always used and he completely never showed back up and the other guy was good but I dont think he fixed the problem. When I have it set on say 72, it will only be like 62 in the house and it even has dropped to 51 before. It blows out almost cold or barely warm air. And aux was staying on. When its warmer outside it works fine but when it gets cold it dont. The second guy said it was the strip something about it was only a 5 and the house needed a 10 because my house is kinda bigger for that. So he ordered it and fixed that well i thought it was working cause heat was warmer and temp was staying at the right temp but it was warmer outside those days. But now that it got cold lastnight its back doing the same thing. It was 10 degrees lower than what It was set on. I understand i have a long and old house so it may not always be right at temp but 10 degree lower is not right. I have 5 kids I need this fixed. Does anyone know what it could be?
