  First off, sorry for your loss. Are you the Executrix of the Estate? If not, whomever was appointed Executor or Executrix is suppose to file the taxes. Your lawyer should be advising you as to how to proceed with this and it is best to use a reputable agency when filing the taxes as you will want a clearance letter from RCA saying they have received all monies owed to them from the Estate. I am currently dealing with my late fathers estate and you have to ensure that you have all the "i's" dotted and "t's" crossed.
