  ISO handyman/painter/sheetrock guy who can patch holes in kitchen ceiling where we had flourescent light removed and recessed lights added. Ceiling is the old popcorn textured type, and I'd like for it to be scraped and repainted with some type of paint that would go with the rest of the house.
