  Marie-Elena S. wrote: Shaddy Contractor...beware of his work ethics. Once in a contract trys changing prices. we had a contract for 8x16 porch with rails and steps actually received 8x10 with rails on top but steps with no rails. Nothing like what was contacted and expected payment for 8x16. No way he got paid for what he did only. Licensed and insured he says but work is horrible. Left me a mess that i need to hire someone else to come finish and fix.
